Return and Exchange
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. If you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. If we receive products and assess them as not being eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost.
* As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.
* If you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.

No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
3) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.

To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your account.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your account.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 30 days we reserve the right to dispose of your items.

1. Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
3. Click on the CREATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE button and follow the steps
4. Check the box to agree with our Returns Policy. We will then send you an email containing your RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) and courier reference number.
